Terms of Service

These terms govern any editing, motion graphics, or social media management services booked with The Velox Media ("we," "us," "our"). By booking a call, sending a deposit, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Our services

We provide short-form editing, long-form editing, motion graphics, and social media management as agreed with each client individually. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for a project are confirmed before work begins, typically over a call or written message.

Project turnaround

Estimated turnaround times are communicated per project and depend on scope, footage volume, and revision rounds. We'll flag any delays as early as possible.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the engagement. Revisions beyond what's agreed may be billed separately.

Payment

Pricing, payment schedule, and any deposit required are agreed before work begins. Work may be paused if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.

Client-provided material

You are responsible for having the rights to any footage, music, images, or brand assets you provide to us for editing. You agree not to send us material you don't have the rights to use.

Ownership of final work

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final delivered edit transfers to the client. We may request permission to showcase select work in our portfolio or social media, but will not do so without your consent.

Cancellations

Either party may cancel an in-progress project with written notice. Work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly; any deposit already paid for uncompleted work will be handled case by case.

Limitation of liability

We aim for reliable, high-quality delivery, but we are not liable for indirect losses (such as lost revenue or missed posting schedules) arising from delays or issues with a project, beyond the value of the services paid for.

Communication

Project communication primarily happens via WhatsApp, call, or email as agreed with each client.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where The Velox Media operates.
